A door anchor for resistance bands that wedges between the door and the frame on the hinge side. The internal channel is sized for bands up to 28 mm thick and uses a curved inner radius to eliminate the chafing points that destroy fabric-loop bands within a month. The slim profile lets the door close fully, so you can leave it installed overnight in a hotel.

Workshop note
Print solid walls if using with bands rated above 100 lb. The thin profile concentrates stress at the anchor lip.
